R&S remains committed to supporting our customers during this time of uncertainty with high-quality essential services while taking numerous precautions to do so.
Specific Safety Precautions
We have taken the following steps to minimize the spread and allow our employees to continue to serve our customers:
- Our Showroom is open and we are taking all safety precautions.
- Our field technicians are equipped with paperless work orders and will not require signatures in order to maintain at all time the social distance of 6 feet.
- Technicians will be equipped with gloves and disinfectant to wipe down surfaces that may have been contaminated through coughing, sneezing, or touching.
- Employees must stay home if they show any flu-like symptoms.
